Key Worker & Vulnerable Children.

The academy is currently closed to pupils other than those of key workers or are vulnerable. If parents require a place at the academy for on site learning, then please contact Mrs Skidmore to arrange a place - mskidmore@asna.walsall.sch.uk. If a place is requested then attendance is important and if for any reason your child cannot attend then you need to inform the academy or it will be marked as an unauthorised absence.

Pupils Completing Remote Home Learning.

During the lockdown period 3, it is an expectation that primary aged pupils access at least 3 hours of learning daily. Work is set daily by class teachers and this will be monitored as to how many children are returning work. If pupils do not have access to a device then please contact the staff team who will aim to resolve this. Further details and support in regards to home learning can be found on our remote learning page or on Class D'ojo.

Many mobile phone companies are supporting families by providing additional data free to support with additional online usage so please contact your provider for further details.

Free School Meals During Lockdown 3

If you child is eligible for a free school meal, we are still awaiting instruction from Walsall Council Catering as to what their provision will be. Your child is entitled to a free packed lunch during this interim period and these would need to be collected from the academy on a daily basis. If you would like to have a packed lunch provided please contact your child's class teacher who will organise this accordingly.

If you are finding it difficult in relation to food at the moment, please contact Mrs Bassi on mbassi@asna.walsall.sch.uk who will be able to advise you on how we can help.

The Walsall Crisis Support Team are also available to offer support. They can be contacted on
